SERVICE REFUNDS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE (but not guatenteed) ON UPS NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN DELAYED IN TRANSIT. The package must be delivered (proof it arrived late) before requesting a service refund.
Marine Sanitation & Supply employees do not work at UPS or USPS. Packages are scanned by the carrier at the time of pickup, transfer locations and the destination. If a package has an unexpected transit delay, we will only have the details shown on their public site with the tracking number. UPS and USPS employees are limited to the same information. If there is an enexpected delay, we must wait to see what the next scan will show us. If the scan details say they have reached out to the shipper, this is false. They do not reach out. Please contact us in these cases and we will do what we can.
Free Shipping:
Free Shipping applies to Online Orders Only and is valid to the lower 48 US states. Priority Mail & UPS are the shipping methods used by Marine Sanitation. UPS is more common for larger/heavier orders. If you have shipping restrictions, please note them in the comment box when placing your order. We will contact you with any issues.
PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping will process the cheapest and/or fastest method. These methods are UPS or USPS. Free Freight, as a shipping option, is displayed as "USPS (Priority Mail)" by default - but is subject to change, per method used.
If there are "Pre-Order" (back ordered) items on your order and the order does not subtotal $99 without them, the order will be held until all parts can ship together. If you want/need to expedite parts that are in stock on an order with back ordered items, give us a call and we can discuss the best solution.
Marine Sanitation is not responsible for products that are abandoned or stolen from their shipment destination. Once a package is scanned in as delivered, it is no longer eligible for compensation or replacement covered by Marine Sanitation & Supply. Refused packages will incur the original freight amount and the return fees when refunded.

Shipping Methods:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
- First Class Mail: Generally a 2-7 day transit time.
- Priority Mail: Generally a 1-3 day transit time.
- Express Mail: Generally a 1-2 day transit time.
UPS (United Parcel Service): NOTE - Expedited shipments may not show being scanned in or tracking history while in transit
- Ground: Generally 1-5 business days transit time, depending on distance.
- Next Day Air: One day transit time.
- 2nd Day Air: Two business days transit time.
- 3 Day Air: Three business days transit time.
- Saturday Delivery: Not available in all locations -This method is not available for online orders. Please call with request
Toilet Delivery Inspection:
If a toilet is not inspected at the time of delivery and no damage is reported, the replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Shipping:
International shipments, customs and fees are processed through a 3rd party called Zonos. All fees are calculated before an order is processed to avoid unexpected charges. There is no option to pay these fees locally.
Taxes, Fees and Customs are listed under "Taxes", even if a country is exempt from taxes. It is just the line item title, it is not specifically what the amount is classified.
Our website will automatically be in the currency of the country your computer's IP is located. There is a flag in the bottom right corner of the screen that allows you to change the country or look at the customs/fees it is calculating on your order.

Returns:
Returns are to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, with a copy of your receipt or a legible note with your full name and phone number used on the order, stating an explanation of its return and a request for refund.
Marine Sanitation is not responsible for the return of items that are ordered incorrectly or no longer needed. Freight costs are the responsibility of the returnee in those cases. If an item is shipped incorrectly or packaged incorrectly by the manufacturer, we will do our best to rectify the situation, per situation.

Warranty for Repairs:
Warranty for repairs or rebuilt equipment is 90 days from date of completion / invoice. Warranty does not include damage to equipment caused by environmental damage or damage caused by improper use of equipment. Electrical component warranty is valid only on parts supplied by Marine Sanitation. Marine Sanitation is not responsible for consequential damages due to warranty repairs.
